Bio
For the last 15 years, Dr. Heather Crawford has researched and worked with companion animals, native fauna and introduced pest species on two continents. She has been a university educator for 9 years and teaches a range of skills to undergraduate students studying veterinary science, animal science and environmental science. In addition a Certificate IV qualification in veterinary nursing, Heather has a BSc in zoology (Hons), and in 2019 she complete a PhD on the biology and management of stray cat populations in Australia. She is currently applying for a post-doctoral position to further investigate stray cats.
