Dr Stephanie Bullen graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2011. She worked as a dairy cattle vet at the Maffra Veterinary Centre for 5 years. During her time there, she completed a Residency in Dairy Medicine, Masters of Veterinary Studies and Masters of Veterinary Science with the University of Melbourne. She then worked for Australia’s largest milk processor, Murray Goulburn Co-Operative, then Saputo Dairy Australia, for 3.5 years as Regional Manager of Milk Quality and later Milk Quality Specialist. She joined Dairy Australia as Lead – Animal Health and Fertility in October 2019 and has custodianship of many of the well-known programs such as Countdown, InCalf, Rearing Healthy Calves and Healthy Hooves as well as newer initiatives around antimicrobial stewardship and accelerated genetic improvement.
